Austin & Texas Hill Country

Homeowner leads that are ready to hire.

We find homeowners in your service area who are planning an outdoor, roofing, window or remodeling project, check that they are real and ready, and send them to you. Pay per lead: shared, or exclusive to you alone. Start with a small pilot.

  • Shared or exclusive: shared leads go to 3 pros at most; exclusive leads go to you alone.
  • Pre-qualified: homeowner, in your zips, real project, real timeline.
  • Bad lead? We replace it. No long contract.

How it works

Three steps. You stay in control of which jobs you take.

Set your area and job type

A 15-minute call. You pick zip codes, minimum job size and the kinds of projects you want.

We find and check homeowners

We run local ads and a short quiz-style form. We confirm each lead is a homeowner, in your area, with a real project and timeline.

You get the lead, fast

By text and email within minutes, with name, phone, address area, project and photos when given. Call back while they are still interested.

What a lead costs

Pay per qualified lead, in two tiers. Most contractors start with shared leads; upgrade to exclusive when you want first crack at every homeowner. Price depends on your trade, because a lead for a pool or a remodel is worth more than one for a fence or a sprinkler repair. No setup fee, no retainer, no minimum after the pilot.

Start here

Pilot

10 leads at half price
  • Your first 10 leads at 50% of your trade's price, shared or exclusive
  • Billed after delivery, not before
  • Bad leads replaced free
  • Stop any time
How pricing works

Two tiers, priced by trade

  • Shared (recommended start): the lowest price per lead. Each lead goes to no more than 3 contractors
  • Exclusive (upgrade): the lead goes to you and no one else, so you get first and only crack at the homeowner
  • Switch tiers any time after the pilot
  • Prices below are starting points; larger projects or tighter criteria (for example a high minimum job size) can cost more
  • We agree on your exact price on the setup call, before any leads are sent

All prices in USD, per lead, and are starting prices that vary by trade and project size. Shared leads go to no more than 3 contractors; exclusive leads go to one. The pilot price is half of your tier's price for your first 10 leads, on either tier. Trade not listed? Ask for a price; we quote from your average job size and close rate, with the same pilot terms.

What counts as a bad lead: wrong or disconnected number, not the homeowner, outside your zips, wrong job type, or a duplicate. Tell us within 7 days and we replace it.

Questions

Which trades do you cover?

Landscaping and irrigation, hardscaping (pavers, retaining walls, outdoor kitchens), concrete (driveways, patios, foundations, flatwork), landscape and outdoor lighting, fencing, roofing, windows, doors and siding, remodeling (kitchen, bath, whole-home), decks and patio covers, and pools. If your trade is not on the list, ask; we may be able to build a campaign for it.

Why does the price depend on my trade?

A homeowner planning a pool or a kitchen remodel is a bigger job, and harder to find, than one who wants a new fence or a sprinkler system. Prices start at the amounts in the pricing table and can be higher for larger projects or stricter criteria. We agree on your price before any leads are sent.

What is the difference between shared and exclusive leads?

A shared lead goes to no more than 3 contractors, which keeps the price low; it is where we recommend most contractors start. An exclusive lead goes to you and no one else, so you get first and only crack at the homeowner, at a higher price. Both are checked the same way, and you can switch tiers after the pilot.

Where do the leads come from?

Our own local ads on Facebook and Instagram that send homeowners to a short project form. Homeowners agree to be contacted by up to 3 local pros. We do not buy or resell lists.

What does "qualified" mean?

The person owns the home, lives in your zips, wants the type of job you do, and has a timeline. We check each one by text or call before it goes to you.

Do you guarantee jobs?

No one honestly can. We guarantee the lead is real and fits your criteria, or we replace it. Closing is up to your follow-up, and speed matters most.

How many leads can I get?

It depends on your area and season. We agree on a monthly cap so you never get more than you can handle, and you can pause any time.

I'm a franchisee. Can I still use this?

Usually, yes. Many franchise systems have rules on ads and brand use. We run ads under our own name, never your brand, and we are happy to send your franchise team a summary first.

Is there a contract?

No long-term contract. The pilot is 10 leads. After that it is month to month, pay per lead at your trade's price on the tier you choose.

Who is behind this?

A small, local business based in the Texas Hill Country. We are new, and we are saying so plainly. That is why the pilot is priced the way it is.
